Biography
Edd Roush's career was full of accomplishments that would render
him one of the most dangerous hitters of his time. The fierce batter struck
out only 260 times during his 18 year career. For 13 seasons, Roush batted
over .300, compiling 10 or more triples in 11 of those seasons and winning
two batting titles. This perennial .300 hitter was able to accomplish
these remarkable feats, all the while swinging a bat that weighed 48 ounces,
